Y4E members to protest at Parliament

SPEARHEADING THE anti-reservation campaign in the country, members of the Youth For Equality (Y4E) will take out a Bharat Samanta Yatra and will also stage a demonstration at Parliament on the first day of Monsoon Session.
The bus yatra will start from Mumbai on July 15 and will end in New Delhi on July 24, at the start of the Monsoon Session of Parliament. Participants from all over the country, comprising engineers and medicos, would assemble at Ram Lila ground. They will also gherao Parliament.
Talking to newsmen on Wednesday, IIT-K student and state in-charge of Y4E Chandershekher Sharma said, “A two-day meeting of the forum was held in Hyderabad on July 8 and 9 last where it was decided to take out a Bharat Samanta Yatra in protest against the proposed reservation for OBCs in higher educational institutions.”
The yatra would reach Kanpur on July 23 and a public meeting would also be held to raise awareness among the masses against reservation, Sharma said.
Five members from Mumbai wing of the forum would be permanent members of bus while during the course of journey, state representatives would join the yatra in their respective states.
Further informing about the meeting, Sharma stated that three representatives from each state took part in the meeting.
Sharma said, “A candle-light procession will also be taken out all over the country at 6.30 pm on July 20.”
A human chain would also be formed on July 22, all over the country at 6.30 pm, Sharma informed.
About the organisational structure, Sharma informed that a National Coordination Committee had been formed and the entire country had been divided into six zones.
North zone would comprise of Haryana, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and zone two would consist of New Delhi. The central zone would comprise of UP, Uttaranchal, Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh. The east zone would consist of West Bengal, Bihar, Orissa and North East. West zone would consist of Rajasthan, Maharashtra and Gujarat while the south zone would consist of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
Members of the ‘Y4E’ also informed that in order to streamline forum’s working six committees have been formed, which included finance, media and negotiations, legal, research and analysis, web designing and public awareness. These committees would have six members each.
Members of the forum also informed that they would adopt one primary school and develop it as a ‘Model School’ to set an example for the Union Government.

Dear All,
* At the first place, this so called BILL has passed in hush hush, sudden manner at all relevant stages. This has been stage managed by vested interests.
* While common man does not even know nitty gritties of rules, having been in OFF-ishes, vested interests gathered full knowledge, grouped up conveniently at cost of public money conveniently, went on manipulating to get this sort of verdict hammered somehow. * Judges were changed intermittently - WHAT FOR? - HOW COME?
* Having witnessed and analysed developments, activities that led to Apr 10, 2008, it is solemnly recorded that it IS CORRUPTION by so called authority, heads, peons, babus etc that HAS brought about this misery, gross injustice to already burnt up common man.
Prayer that "REVIEW PETITION" get filled immediately, all legal, parliamentary processes be examined to get justice to common man.
Almighty, please enable somebody take up this cause and enable victory to them.

Dear All,
Sub: 1) Prayer for "IMMEDIATE" filing of "REVIEW PETITION" on remandal. AND 2) Obtaining of "STAY for implementation" until every aspect of judgement is read correctly and given correct shape.
Every act, conceptualisation, so called introduction of bill, passage, stay, vacation etc has involved multiple components that are gross injustice to millions of innocent, honest people who have unfortunately been given life in particular homes on this soil.
Enough is enough. POLITICIANS have caused enough of NUISANCE. No more bearing of this pain, RESERVATION any more.
There are number of presumptions, open ended monologues by personages, authorities.
Let there be no more injustice to ANYBODY for artificialities. Let this ATROCITY, RESERVATION GOOOOOO once for all.
Technologies are today capable of offering perpetual solutions to trillions and yet remain perpetually green for ever and ever. It is so called AD-mini-ST-ration, POLITICIANS, mechanism that is cause for misery.
Undersigned has witnessed, analysed important aspects that has culminated in this re-mandal. There is no hesitation, whatsoever in declaring that it IS CORRUPTION by this, that so called authority that has led to this re-mandal.
Common man is already a cheated, harassed lot. Let more of attrocities not get fanned, perpetuated.
Let RESERVATION per se GOOOOO once for all. Let it be possible for all to be happy through humanly possible ways. Let all artificialities of this so called AD-mini-ST-ration, majority of who are illegal, backdoors enjoying common man's BLOOD for all requirements GOOOOOOOO once for all. Let there be change in mechanism per se. Let evil, siniserly GOOOO once for all.
Prayer that every assumption be proven right before re-mandal being thrust.
It is pertinent to recall that:
* Regular speaker etc have not been involved at different stages.
* Judges themselves have been changed inbetween!!!!!!!!!! at SUPREME COURT!!!!!!
* It has been case of villianry haunting by vested interests, free food eaters, clamour for easy life, CORRUPTION by individuals called authorities.
* There are number of assumptions which need to be proven conclusively.
Let innocent people not be burnt further through AD-mini-ST-rative attrocity. Common man is already burdened. It is his resources that is feeding these goons who are turning to more and more tricks for illegal purposes. Their very induction, continuance is wrong. Let every act, niapaisa be accounted for. Let common man be protected from further burdens. Let there be review of every assumption. Let there be PUNISHMENTS for frauds and their perpetrators irrespective of position, influence, party, age, organisation etc. Let one man not be made to depend on another forcefully, authorisedly.
1) Prayer that REVIEW PETION gets filed IMMEDIATELY.
2) Prayer that STAY be obtained for IMPLEMENTATION until every assumption is proven right. Let every word be understood before AD-mini-ST-rative orders are released by so called GOVERN-ment, politicians etc.

It would be nice if following gets posted on website:
* Statements, speeches, reports, background etc by people like moily, arjun singh, man mohan singh, political parties etc.
* background, arguments, speeches, debates etc at rajya sabha, lok sabha, comments by ex-president, arguments at supreme court etc.
* processes, speakers, substitutes who were replaced at critical moment that gets counted as passage of bill.
* judgements by each of the judges at different stages.
While technologies have DEFINITELY advanced to levels that it could offer perpetual solutions to trillions perpetually, politicians are creating havoc in lives of millions of innocent, honest people for no fault at all.
Let remandalisation be understood, examined by common man who pays, gets affected.
Prayer that : 1) REVIEW PETITION gets filed immediately. 2) STAY be obtained FOR IMPLEMENTATION (1) Assumptions by different personages, authorities needs to get proven. 2) Clauses etc needs to be understood, interpreted in true spirit. Let there be no haste in implementation. It affects millions of people).
