WANT TO TAKE A CAUSE

Dear All,

Taking a cause in the interest of the nation is something that everybody aspire to do because of the glamour and respect attached to it. But NOT IN THE FIELD AND PRACTICALITY! But in the drawing room!

Doing is something different from that of saying and thinking! OBC reservation in the post of faculty in DU is now getting implemented! Why??? Because nobody protest and pursude this at the Delhi High Court.

A similar policy is on the offing in JNU itself. The academic council has hastily passed a resolution approving OBC reservation in the post of faculty in JNU.

The existing legal group of YFE is overburdened with a series of petitions, including the main petition challenging 93rd amendment! The team is overstretched itself to reach 7 senior lawyers and as many petitions apart from other cases like PGI, Chandigarh, SGPGI, Lucknow, 69% reservation in TN and so many...

A group of people or a couple of determined/dedicated individuals or a team is all required to stall the policy. A petition must be filed to get an interim stay! Who will do this!!!

Some JNU faculties are ready to support in every possible way to restrict the policy outside the campus.
